100 Tonne Dozers

Anyone involved with heavy pieces of plant such as a 100 tonne dozer knows this type of equipment is subjected to the most severe type of work environment. The harsh conditions on mining and civil construction sites will severely test even the most robust equipment. Hushpak has extensive experience working on these dozers and has developed sound reduction solutions for the track plates and idlers. These solutions have proven extremely durable over time and require very low levels of maintenance.

As part of the sound reduction package, Hushpak has redesigned and replaced the exhaust muffler systems on a number of these dozers. The Hushpak muffler system was designed to improve flow and reduce noise and still have a long service life. One of our completed jobs was to soundproof of four dozers. This involved sound suppression of tracks, exhausts, and engines - and achieved dramatic results.
